I can't find any info on the look of a blocked login/account as configured per Account Lockout. For good UX we MUST have at least an error message saying:

"Account blocked after X failed login attempts. Please contact your Administrator",

or something along these lines. X would be the value set by an admin in Maximum_invalid_login_attemps.

Otherwise how is a user supposed to know what they did wrong?

We should also provide the option to display a message to notifiy the user they are approaching account lockout.. e.g.

4 more attempts before account is LOCKED!
3 more attempts...
etc.

And then for the actual lockout message, we can use:

Your account has been locked due to too many failed login attempts. Please contact your system administrator.
