Steps to reproduce:

  1. install 3.1.4 RC4
  2. Navigate to "OpenID Connect" -> "Client"
  3. Click on any pre-installed client, e.g. "IDP Client"
  4. Click "Update" button.
    Result : Oops screen appears
Attached gif video to see the bug.
I've checked identity logs, there is no exception or anything that give hint on what went wrong.
Note: If create new client and update it, it perfectly works.
