In 4.0 configuration on Manage LDAP Authentication page is turn off by default. We only need to to enable it if we use AD LDAP server. Because oxAuth don’t distinguish if admin specify local or AD server. As result with local LDAP we get slower performance because this authentication method requires mapping to local LDAP as result oxAuth executes more LDAP requests.
If LDAP authentication method is not enabled on Default Authentication tab oxTrust should add internal ACR simple_password_auth to ACR lists.
