You can `smelt compile` files that aren't MCC files #89

If you accidentally smelt compile a file that isn't a .mcc file it will not error. It will replace the file with an empty combined command.

This should be changed so that if a directory isn't passed as an argument to smelt compile, then it should check that the file extention is .mcc
