Nice - looks like a nice bit of kit.
I will take a look at this. I notice that the Bryton will also support temperature too, so will need to add that as a ridefile data series. Wanted to do that for a while, and will add wind speed too, since the iBike supports that.
Did you set the recording interval to 4 seconds or is it standard? (if it is configurable that would be useful info to ensure the parsing doesn't assume too much). #2 Updated by Nigel Stent over 1 year ago
The recorder time is set to 1 second intervals. I can't find anywhere in the settings to change this.
The unit also records your heart rate in HR zones as well as avg, max and Lactate Threshold HR. #3 Updated by Mark Liversedge over 1 year ago
looking at the data the date is being recorded every 4 seconds. Are you sure its set to 1? That doesn't make sense!! #4 Updated by Nigel Stent over 1 year ago

Target version changed from 3.0 to 3.1
Bryton have not been responsive to support this and the demand is not high enough to justify the commitment. I'm putting it in the 'do it later' pile (i.e. v3.1).

Hi,
I have tried to import the .gpx files from the new BRYTON Rider 30 into Golden Cheetah version 201119_v3dev_commit_1c7a8b5.
The file imports ok and you are able to see the route, but there is no information brought in for cadence, heart rate, slope etc.
I have attached a file from the BRYTON Rider 30 for someone to try.
Regards
Nigel.
