Footer links to other google sites don't work

Describe the bug
The footer links at the bottom of the page don't go anywhere.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://developer.chrome.com/
2. Scroll to bottom of the page
3. Click on Chrome/Firebase/All products/Privacy/Terms

Expected behavior
To navigate somewhere.
