[TD-136] systemd service: logging to standard out with --log=- no longer works #135

It appears that --log=- no longer directs log to stdout, so either it should be removed from taskd.service or the functionality needs to be resurrected.

Looking at the code, it looks like --log expects a path now, I don't see a case for "-" in the code.
