{code}FS.cpp:890:37: error: 'get_current_dir_name' was not declared in this scope{code}

Reconfiguring with {code}cmake -DHAVE_GET_CURRENT_DIR_NAME=0{code} and running make again resolves the problem. Should this be defined for CMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME CYGWIN?
