Expected Behavior

When there are many decorators on the search sidebar, it should be possible to scroll through them.

Current Behavior

On the current master, this does not work, only the decorators on top are visible.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Create 4 or 5 decorators, to ensure they overflow the window height
  2. Try to reach the ones on the bottom

Your Environment

  • Graylog Version: 2.1.0-beta.5-SNAPSHOT (77d8066)

Styling of decorator list (#2744)
* Do not move decorator help link with first decorator
Using padding with the scrollable list item takes that space as part of
the preview that gets dragged, and in this case it includes the help

This change gives height to the help link container instead, fixing the
  display issue.
* Fix scrolling on decorator list
