Print JVM arguments on startup to help troubleshooting #875

Often when supporting folks the question arises which specific JVM parameters are set.

Log them on startup so we don't have to guess which heap sizes or GC settings are in use.

prints stuff like:

FWIW, they're also shown in the resource at /system/stats/jvm.
