Disk journal is not enabled by default

I had to manually set message_journal_enabled = true in my graylog.conf to enable it. Many people who upgrade from previous versions would miss the joy of the disk journal this way if not reading the release notes very carefully so I'd vote for enabling it by default.

Yes definitely should be enabled by default. actually it was meant to be.
