Correct documentation links in 'misc/graylog.conf' #2747

Description

misc/graylog.conf has references to https://www.graylog.org/documentation/, which no longer exists. This PR updates two links to what appear to be the closest matches on http://docs.graylog.org/.

Motivation and Context

Fixing broken links.

How Has This Been Tested?

Verified the new links work.

In order to spare you the process of signing our CLA and to update some other documentation links in the sample config file, I've applied your changes in 0a09f31.

@joschi : Okay, that'll work. Also, I submitted my signed CLA early yesterday. Not quite sure if there's anything else to that process, but I believe it's done.
