Hi @tkuramoto33 thanks for making a start! The format looks fine. Nice link for UBS.
But the scope of the issue is to add the use cases too. I'm new to the project so I'm not familiar myself - I've heard Microsoft, maybe Shell. How are NTT data using the tool?

Usecase in Microsoft is same with UBS, AFAIK https://greensoftware.foundation/articles/carbon-aware-computing-whitepaper-how-ubs-succeeded-in-measuring-and-reducing-car

In NTT, we are trying to integrate the SDK our products, but it is under development, so we cannot add it now (we will add if product is released of course 👍)
