Better way to access client_id and client_secret #1

It is advised to load all confidential info using settings.py.

Add the following line in runserver.py
app.config.from_pyfile('settings.py')

By this way I can make sure settings.py is ignored by my version control system. This will prevent sharing client id and secret from committing
