• Students Sheet with fields:
• Name, gmail, assigned quizzes, ids of results spreadsheets
• Quizzes Sheet with fields:
• Name, id of quiz spreadsheet

Teachers:

1. Add students and gmails
2. Create a quiz or quizzes
3. Assign a quiz which results in new 'results' spreadsheets being created and shared with each student gmail

So if I the teacher initially shares a folder with all students in the class at view level, each student could make their own copy of a quiz within that shared folder and remove all other students from sharing on that copy.
