How about an option to double-click to insert a new note anywhere on the graph? A new pane opens where the note content can be entered, starting with file name which originally defaults to Untitled.

If Juggl can already do this, I seem to have missed it.

Creating notes and links from within the graph is a feature I'm definitely thinking of including!
