• One student needed >10 hours
• More than 50% of students needed 6-10 hours
• Noone needed less than 3 hours

Difficulty

• Input/Output (of functions?) not clear
• Implementing functions in batches was hard
• Unclear that looking up documentation/specific programming questions is allowed/encouraged
• Framework unclear, not enough explanation
• Linear layer was hard (transposing!?)

Favorites

• Data loading was uninteresting
• Introduction to numpy would have been great
• Code was complex, maybe individual jupyter notebook?
• Numpy!
• Solve without batches first, then add batching afterwards
• Hint to prepare individually at beginning of lecture (before lessons)
