Commitments are shown in creation order rather than in start date order #174

It would be helpful to have the commitments shown in 'sorted by start date' order, rather than 'creation order'.

Creation order probably does not mean much, and if I have a long list it is difficult to determine what dates I have already submitted.

To recreate: (items in "<>" are probably not relevant)

add 5 commitments all in date order
<log out, log back in>
delete a commitment
add a commitment with the same dates as the commitment that was deleted

Expected:
The list to look sorted

Observe:
The new entry is at the end of the list of commitments

This can also be reproduced by taking these steps:

  • Log in as a volunteer
  • Volunteer for a disaster, picking a start date a week or more in the future from today, to give yourself some room
  • Volunteer for another disaster, picking a date before the start date you just volunteered for, in other words, between today and other start date - 1
  • Note that the commitments are not ordered by start date

I'm working on this one.
