This fixes #5. The bug resulted in a null ref exception when retrieving categories via XML RPC.
Also fixed a bug in a regex for replacing the admin checks with the newer code.
The problem here is when we logged in, we were setting the wrong cookie. We need to make sure the host admin cookie name is correctly set. Also fixed it so that logging in as an admin, who also happens to be the host admin, logs into both. Also fixed ability to logout of HostAdmin. Bam!
The problem was due to a bad Ninject registration of a service that should have been request scope, but I registered it as Singleton. So it was holding onto an older instance of HttpContext. This fixes issue #3
Columns can have indices, constraints, and statistics associated with them that might not have been created by Subtext. The migration scripts makes sure to drop all of that before dropping the column.
