fixes #10557 and other problems
Corrects various errors and omissions in the apidocs related to allocating Stat Points.
Also makes one minor fix to the docs for the user/unlock
No code changes except that the text in
statsObjectRequired: '"stats" object is required'has been updated. Does changing that error message count as a breaking change?
