Feature Request: Enhanced Logging of Scan Results
Currently, GhostScan does not provide a built-in method for logging the results of scans performed using the tool. Implementing a logging feature that allows users to save the scan outputs to a file would greatly enhance usability and provide a method for users to review their work later.
Suggested Features:
- Log Output Options: Allow users to choose between different log formats (e.g., plain text, JSON, or CSV).
- Log File Management: Automatically create a timestamped log file for every scan, or allow users to specify the filename.
- Error Handling Logs: Include logging for any errors that occur during the scanning process to assist with troubleshooting.
Benefits:
- Facilitates better record-keeping for penetration tests.
- Allows users to compare previous scan results over time.
- Improves the overall functionality of the GhostScan tool.
This enhancement could make GhostScan a more robust tool for penetration testers.
