Transfer kudos directly to another user's shared key

Please create a mechanism to allow an individual to directly transfer kudos to another user's shared key.

Current state:

• Multiple people use a shared key provided by user A
• I want to help top up the shared key, so I transfer kudos to user "A"
• User "A" kindly passes the kudos on to the shared key
• People using the shared key cannot benefit from my kudos transfer until User "A" makes the final transfer (potential for delay or inaction)

Requested state:

• Multiple people use a shared key provided by user A
• I want to help top up the shared key, so I transfer kudos directly to the API key, rather than to User "A"
• People using the shared key can immediately benefit from my kudos transfer, and User "A" does not need to take any action (reduction in admin / delay / lost transfers)
