User-facing doc for the v0.3 graph-extraction toggle. Mirrors will sync to hal0-web. Cross-linked from ADR-0014 §pending-items and from the dashboard Memory tab disclosure copy (#259). Covers: - Why off by default (small local model structured-output reliability). - The three routes + privacy/quality trade-off table. - Dashboard + CLI enable paths with copy-pasteable examples. - memory_search mode parameter behavior. - Failure modes table (per-build errors, missing upstream, init failure).
