Describe the change or feature you'd like to see added to HandBrake:

It would be nice to have the ability to replace {title} with, for example, {title+Offset}, where Offset is a numeric value. This is for a disc set, an example being a season of a TV show. For the second and later disc, where the titles are seen as (example) 1 to 4 ... it would be nice to start from another value. So 1 to 4 => (example) 8 to 11.

What version of HandBrake are you currently using? (e.g., 1.0.0)

Building from GitHub, running the master.

What operating system and version are you running? (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.3 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update)

Ubuntu 19.04.
