To change number of tries, reassign array of app.js line 138.

Other changes are only visual and made by prettier extension.

We are no longer keeping this feature for the event.
Compiler API has been changed to judge0 which is open source and hence we no longer have limited compiler run attempts and therefore no longer need to limit the number of compiler runs per user
