As of January 2023 you have to request repairs to your room at:

(it's the same website that you need to upload your certificate of enrollment to)
- Sign in using your login details (they should've been provided to you by the Studierendenwerk).
- Select Contracts on the right panel.
- A new window should open. You need to select your current contract.
- Click on the damage report button in the bottom left of the window. A pop up should appear where you can fill in the details.
Interns of R&S don't have access to the Studierendenwerks web service. You need to send an e-mail to the following adress instead:

Ab Januar 2023 müsst ihr Schadensmeldungen online auf der folgenden Seite einhändigen:

(es ist die gleiche Website auf der ihr eure Immatrikulationsbescheinigung hochlädt)
- Ihr müsst euch einloggen (die Zugangsdaten solltet ihr bereits vom Studierendenwerk bekommen haben).
- Die Rubrik Verträge am rechen Rand anclicken.
- Eine neue Seite sollte geöffnet werden. Dort müsst ihr euren aktuellen Vertrag anclicken.
- Ihr müsst den Button Schadensmeldung unten links anclicken. Ein Pop-Up in dem ihr den Schaden melden könnt, sollte erscheinen.
Praktikanten von R&S haben keinen Zugriff auf den oben-genannten Webservice vom Studierendenwerk. Ihr könnt stattdessen eine E-Mail an die folgende Adresse schicken:
