A tool to convert .iff-files from a game called PangYa to and from .csv

When running with default config Textdelimiter is "'" and row delimiter it "\r\n", default output dir is the filename up to the last ".".

Values that need explaining is documented in doc\IFFNAME

If a file that hasnt existed in the game before is read and the Revision, Magicnumber, size and number of records is printed.
