Steps to reproduce this issue

  1. rightclick database "A" and click "Export database"
  2. select a database "B" in the upcoming dialog on the left, uncheck "A"
  3. check "Table(s): Drop"
  4. select "Output: Database"
  5. select "Database: B"

Current behavior

HeidiSQL happily drops those tables which it wants to export later.

Expected behavior

Some kind of safety check, so this can never happen, neither by mistake nor intentionally.

Possible solution

Exclude all databases in the "Database" dropdown, which are checked in the left tree.

Environment

  • HeidiSQL version: 10.2.0.5721
