Edit (developer): OP isn't able to download latest database file. Couldn't investigate network further, but a workaround was to provide the database file manually. The fix needs to be a different way to acquire the files needed as this is occurring several times on various clients.

I don't see how this error could've occurred, could you please try uninstalling the app and installing fresh again? Does the app load at all?

Made a possible fix for this in version 3.6 - Please reopen if there's anymore problems.

The database I placed manually on your system should be automatically updated upon next app restart.
