This is a trivial library to "encrypt/decrypt", inspired by Caesar's
notoriously weak rot13 system.


You can specify any alphabet to use for the "rotation". Characters of
the original string that are present in this alphabet will be
"rotated" as many places as you specify towards the right or left,
depending on if you're encrypting or decrypting, respectively.
Characters of the original string that are not present in this
alphabet will be left as-is.
