I'm using a custom built kernel and I always used rpi-update to get newest firmware. But since I decided to disable CONFIG_MODULES I'm unable to use it. Despite SKIP_KERNEL=1 it seems to look for /lib/modules:
!!! //lib/modules doesn't exist

I've committed a possible fix - can you test it?

Gets a bit further, but still looks for the dir:
(…)
'/boot/fixup_x.dat' -> '/boot.bak/fixup_x.dat'
'/boot/fixup_cd.dat' -> '/boot.bak/fixup_cd.dat'
'/boot/config.txt' -> '/boot.bak/config.txt'
'/boot/kernel_emergency.img' -> '/boot.bak/kernel_emergency.img'
cp: cannot stat '//lib/modules': No such file or directory

Can you try again?

Can you try again?

It works fine now (well, the fix is the same as in comment in issue
#97). So both of them can be closed now. (:

Yes, sorry, we overlapped on the fix. Thanks for confirming it's okay now.
