Historia Local Web Application - v1.3

Our next release of the Historia Local Web Application to maintain the decentralized nature of the Historia Network project.

This release allows to create proposals or records based on "typing" an attaching to parent record.

This requires Historia Core Client v0.17.0.4 found here: https://github.com/HistoriaOffical/historia/releases/tag/0.17.0.4

To use the Archive feature of the Historia Local Web Application you must install the Historia Browser extension in your browser:
