@chenrui333 I think this is covered by the Linuxbrew-core GitHub Actions work. I think this would be too hard for a GSoC student because it's so dependent on having access to our e.g. Jenkins infrastructure for migration.

I agree with @MikeMcQuaid. I don't see this as a programming project per se. It's extremely context-heavy, requires in-depth knowledge of our workflows and processes, plus access to essentially all the things, and there's a proof of concept already in Homebrew/linuxbrew-core which existing maintainers are best-placed to port over.
