libunistring creates a stdint.h that prevents building

If you install libunistring from brew it generates a stdint.h file at /usr/local/include/unistring/ which then interferes with normal compilation of a project that does #include <stdint.h>. Also see SOHU-Co/kafka-node#881 (comment)
