Should we add --program-suffix=112?

You tell me, I can add it in about 42.6 seconds =)

For my use-case, I actually need it useable with simply 'automake', but I'm happy to bow to convention.


I don't have an opinion; just wondering.

I'd vote for adding a suffix to stick with convention (see autoconf213 and so on for example) but it looks like this just got committed as I was typing this so nvm...
