privoxy writes _logdir_ in default config under Cellar

When I first installed privoxy 3.0.18, it writes the default config file with the following:

logdir /path/to/homebrew/Cellar/privoxy/3.0.18/var/log/privoxy

So after I upgraded to 3.0.19, the logdir doesn't exist any more and privoxy failed to start.

Guessing this can be avoided by passing --localstatedir=#{var} to configure.
