I reinstalled Xcode ( by putting Xcode.app into /Applications )
Xcode Version 4.5 (4G182)
I have installed Command Line Tools ( with Xcode->Preferences->Downloads )
21:13:51-root@gulag:~$ brew update
21:13:58-root@gulag:~$ brew doctor
Error: Homebrew doesn't know what compiler versions ship with your version of

If you have Xcode 4.3 or newer, you should install the Command Line Tools for
Xcode from within Xcode's Download preferences.
Otherwise, you should reinstall Xcode.
