Fix `brew cleanup`: less pruning #743

Running brew cleanup (with no arguments or multiple arguments) will
run brew prune after every cleaned formula, i.e. possibly once for
every installed formula.

With this change it will instead only run prune after all formulae were
cleaned, and only when no arguments were given to cleanup.

(Rationale for the latter part: prune takes too much time in my opinion to run it automatically in the other cases. I'd actually prefer not auto-calling it at all.)

Good sense there, thanks.
