THIS RELEASE WAS CREATED IN Februrary 2004 AND IS NOW VERY OLD. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NOT HAD TIME TO DO ANOTHER RELEASE. PLEASE USE THE CVS VERSION BELOW. DO NOT REPORT PROBLEMS WITH THIS RELEASE.

Suggest we redact this formula.

It is also reported to not build with clang in #11043.

Even the recommend cvs version is ancient - one commit from 2011 followed by a small number of commits from 2008 and 2007. It doesn't look like any serious development has happened since 2003. So yeah, thirded.
