Error installing clisp: "wrong argument type nil (expected Regexp)" #14571

brew doctor says everything's fine. I'm not sure if this happened during the configure or make phase. Without verbose, configure is the last command I see before the error, but with verbose it looks like ./makemake

There's no ~/Library/Logs/Homebrew/ directory so I couldn't paste the configure logs as requested in the instructions.

@mxcl another superenv victim here, it is expecting CFLAGS to be non-nil.

General fix for this stuff is change it from eg: foo = "bar" + ENV['CFLAGS'] to foo = "bar #{ENV['CFLAGS']}". I'm on it.
