MySQL: Non-executable installed to bin #16177

Installing latest MySQL reports:

Warning: Non-executables were installed to "bin".
Installing non-executables to "bin" is bad practice.
The offending files are:
/usr/local/Cellar/mysql/5.5.28/bin/mysqlaccess.conf

You can safely ignore the warning.

I don't know what the prospects of moving this file are, but the idea behind these warnings is that we don't think keeping configuration files in bin is a very good idea. FYI.
