change to update sha1 in rename's formula to fix #15215 #15221

Ran into the same issue as #15215 and changing the sha1 to the correct one seems to fix it. Without this, can't install rename currently.

Hmm. That lets it do "brew install rename", but attempting to use rename results in this for me:

  syntax error at (eval 6) line 1, near "{ ."

Suggesting (again) that this be redacted from homebrew-core due to having no stable download.

rename: Use stable Github download link
Previously, we've been downloading the script from a link on the author's
website; as he updates the script, this file changes.  This causes SHA1
mismatches and generally makes life annoying.

Thankfully, he's also got it on Github and has tagged exactly one version.  So,
use that version until he releases a new one.
