Uses xcodebuild so it needs depends_on :xcode.

Is include really the appropriate location for these frameworks? Usually we stick them in prefix/Frameworks.

Pointless test, just omit it if it's not feasible to test the software directly.

The installation instructions recommend installing this as part of individual projects, which is usually the best way to handle testing frameworks. Passing on it for core.
