Adds a formula for ngrok.

Ngrok is a port tunnelling service similar to localtunnel:

Please search for "ngrok" in the issue tracker; unless we can compile it from source it won't be accepted into core.

It could go in https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-binary though.

I bet this could go into homebrew-cask instead of homebrew

I made a cask formula with brew cask create ngrok and got this

class Ngrok < Cask
  url 'https://dl.ngrok.com/darwin_amd64/ngrok.zip'
  homepage 'http://ngrok.com/'
  version 'latest'
  sha1 'd9f97808ac88ee7ea7d41d60d02554c3b3b3b0ba'
  link 'ngrok'
end

brew cask install ngrok downloads the zip, unzips /opt/homebrew-cask/Caskroom/ngrok/latest/ngrok and makes symlink in ~/Applications/ngrok

One issue. ngrok is not on path. Should it be in /usr/bin ? not sure how to proceed at this time with this.

@jacknagel hey jack, sorry if this isn't obvious, but isn't it possible to build it from source here?
