The revertAction of an expiring pause was originally to call revertPause. Instead, the revertAction is now unpauseRequest.

This PR changes the Singularity backend to properly delete any existing SingularityExpiringPause on unpause. It likewise changes the frontend to no longer take on that responsibility.
