Approved evaluators need private GHCR access plus a time-limited CAVRA trial
license. After submitting the Trial Access form, the evaluator receives a
submission acknowledgement email. After approval, the evaluator receives the
private handoff bundle at the submitted work email address. That email includes
license material and should be treated as confidential evaluator-only
information. Public CAVRA does not publish Enterprise source code, license keys,
signing keys, registry pull secrets, customer records, revocation state, or
paid policy packs.
