Include tutorial and docs for `datetime` time format

Following the extension to include `datetime` as time format in addition to yearly data (see #167), it would be great to have this feature highlighted on the docs pages and in a tutorial in mind.

But that documentation should also make clear that this is a beta feature, and not all functions (e.g., `interpolate()`) are currently supported.
