Integration of phone simulator

The phone simulator is progressing well. Here's how I imagine it being used.

A person will register for a fitchain account from the fitchain landing page. The account is managed through a regular database. The account information also contains challenges that the person has selected.

A person's account summary view will have no data until they begin working on challenges.

A person can add challenges from the challenge view. They hit the little + button in the top right hand corner to see the market place of challenges. They can accept a challenge which will create a challenge record for them.

From the challenge view, they can push the begin/end challenge button to add workouts to their challenge.

Each time they add a workout it will be recorded in a history section of the database.

This issue tracks the integration of the simulator with the database.
