Create Weibull probability plot for failure data

This procedure creates a Weibull probability plot for data on item failures and suspensions.

Requirements

• IBM SPSS Statistics 20 with Fixpack1 or later and the corresponding IBM SPSS Statistics-Integration Plug-in for Python. It can be used with version 19 if the hotfix for the cloglog scale is installed.
• The Graphboard template weibull.viztemplate, which must be installed separately (use Graphics >Graphboard Template Chooser> Manage).

Note: For users with IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 or higher, the STATS WEIBULL PLOT extension is installed as part of IBM SPSS Statistics-Essentials for Python.

Installation intructions

1. Open IBM SPSS Statistics
2. Navigate to Utilities -> Extension Bundles -> Download and Install Extension Bundles
3. Search for the name of the extension and click Ok. Your extension will be available.
