[BUG]: achecker is incompatible with `content-visibility: auto`

Description

I just rolled out the use of content-visibility: auto to seirdy.one. What distinguishes content-visibility: auto from display: none and content-visibility: hidden is that skipped contents are still available to the accessibility tree and find-in-page. More details are in the containment level 2 specification. This feature has been implemented in Chromium; support is in-progress for Firefox.

Unfortunately, achecker seems unable to inspect skipped content. Running it on https://seirdy.one/notes/ and https://envs.net/~seirdy/ produces false-positives. Articles in the viewport do not produce violations; articles outside the viewport with skipped contents do. A test with the browser's accessibility tree inspector or with a screen reader reveals that headings do have descriptive content; however, achecker does not detect this content.

Steps to reproduce

Note: seirdy.one has a CSP that blocks scripts, but the CSP-free mirror "envs.net/~seirdy/" exists. You can use that if seirdy.one interferes with achecker. The extension seems to work fine in my tests, but I had to use the mirror when running from the command line.

Run the following to see the aforementioned false-positives:

Basically, the issue is that Chrome returns no text in the DOM API for innerText when the element is off screen. Chrome is telling us that there's no text content.

It's not clear whether or not this is a Chrome bug - it seems unusual that CSS would affect the results of a DOM API. We need to determine if that's expected behavior first. If so, we may have to write our own innerText function since the DOM API does return the text from the nodeValue.

Tested with the following:
Test 1: (1) click a violation message "Heading element has no descriptive content" to find the h3 element from the "Element" view (left pane), then click the h3 element to expand. Repeat for other h3 elements. (2) click "Scan" again. All the violations with h3 elements are gone without changing anything on the page or DOM.
Test 2: refresh the page several times, you might see one, two, or three violation messages: "Heading element has no descriptive content" randomly.
From the above tests, my understanding is when the "content-visibility:auto" is used for an element, the content visibility status may be initially "hidden", and then changed to "visible" when the browser determines the user needs the content. Therefore, the check rule should be updated to reflect this.
